FREE LOCAL DELIVERY

Purchases of $500 minimum can be delivered to your door within the Oakville, Burlington, Toronto, Mississauga and Hamilton city limits free of charge.

Online purchases can also be picked it up onsite at Towne Square Gallery located at 94 George St Unit 4, Oakville, ON L6J 3B7.

PACKAGING

All purchases will be packaged in cardboard shipping boxes or be crated in custom built wood crates (depending on the size of art and value) to ensure safe arrival.

There is also the option to have the art taken off the stretcher, rolled up and shipped in a tube. The artwork will have to be professionally re-stretched at the destination at the buyer’s expense.

DAMAGES

Once received the packaging must be examined for any damage prior to opening and any concerns noted and photographed. Upon opening, any damage to the artwork must be reported to Towne Square Gallery immediately.

SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA

All purchases shipped within Canada are subject to federal and applicable provincial sales tax.

SHIPPING TO USA

All artwork shipped out of Canada is exempt from the 13% HST tax.

Original artwork is duty free when shipped into the U.S. A brokerage clearance fee may be charged by the carrier to declare the artwork for US Customs. The fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALY

All artwork shipped out of Canada is exempt from the 13% HST tax. Please contact the gallery for any International shipping options and cost. Local duties, taxes and/or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
